Valberedningen f\u00f6r Leader Spira Mare<\/h2>\n

Valberedningen har en central roll i att skapa en v\u00e4l fungerande styrelse d\u00e4r alla tre sektorerna ska vara representerade. Valberedningen har i uppdrag att nominera personer till styrelsen som sedan v\u00e4ljs p\u00e5 f\u00f6reningens \u00e5rsst\u00e4mma.<\/p>\n

Utifr\u00e5n strategin och dess inriktning ska valberedningen s\u00f6ka efter personer som med sina kunskaper och erfarenheter tillsammans utg\u00f6r en styrelse som \u00e4r representativ f\u00f6r hela leaderomr\u00e5det och p\u00e5 ett bra s\u00e4tt kan leda och genomf\u00f6ra strategin. Valberedningen ska \u00e4ven s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att ledam\u00f6terna har de personliga kvalit\u00e9er, d\u00e4ribland professionalitet och personlig integritet, som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att fullg\u00f6ra uppgifterna.<\/p>\n
