F\u00f6r att lyfta fram maten som reseanledning och skapa fler upplevelser i Pite \u00e4lvdal har fem g\u00e5rdar deltagit i ett utvecklingsprojekt kring m\u00e5ltidsturism. M\u00e5let var att st\u00e4rka bes\u00f6ksn\u00e4ringen, \u00f6ka samarbetet och ge landsbygdsf\u00f6retag fler ben att st\u00e5 p\u00e5. Genom sj\u00e4lvinventeringar, coachsamtal och matchmaking fick varje g\u00e5rd ta fram en konkret fem\u00e5rsplan f\u00f6r sin utveckling.<\/p>\n

Resultaten \u00e4r redan synliga: En g\u00e5rd i L\u00e5ngn\u00e4s planerar bondg\u00e5rdsl\u00e4ger, boende f\u00f6r turister och temakaf\u00e9. En annan har b\u00f6rjat med hemmahos-konserter med lokalproducerat fika och i Sikfors satsas det p\u00e5 g\u00e5rdsbutik och charkuteri. Projektet har ocks\u00e5 lett till nya n\u00e4tverk, samarbeten och \u00f6kad kunskap om hur olika personlighetstyper och behov p\u00e5verkar f\u00f6retagandet.<\/p>\n

I coachningen har m\u00e5nga av de upplevda hindren synliggjorts och konkretiserats vilket gjort dem l\u00e4ttare att hantera. Det har i sin tur gett deltagarna mod att t\u00e4nka nytt, fatta beslut och b\u00f6rja f\u00f6rverkliga sina id\u00e9er<\/p>\n
