We can grant support to projects carried out in our geographical area. Leader Spira Mare consists of the municipalities of Boden, Kalix, Luleå, Piteå, and Älvsbyn. The central parts of Luleå and Piteå are excluded as they are not considered rural areas. For exact boundaries here, contact the leader office.

Alla leaderprojekt ska skapa utveckling i området. Det här innebär att det ni vill genomföra i projektet ska vara något nytt för er organisation och i ert område. Ni kan tyvärr inte få leaderstöd för ordinarie verksamhet som till exempel drift och underhåll eller redan befintlig verksamhet hos er.

l mikrostödet Beredskap ska allt som genomförs vara öppet för alla och helt gratis. Ni får stöd av oss för att det ska kunna vara gratis och ni ska kunna testa något nytt. När projektet är avslutat och ni vill fortsätta med aktiviteter får ni självklart ha intäkter för att finansiera en fortsättning.

To apply for micro support, you must submit a specified budget that clearly shows what you will use the money for.

Utgifter som ger rätt till stöd är sådana utgifter som har ett tydligt samband med erat projekt. Det kan till exempel vara utrustning till en samlingslokal för längre strömavbrott, en hjärtstartare, eller annat som ni ser stärker er lokala beredskap för kriser. Köper ni in utrustning är fokus att den ska vara funktionell och att ni har en plan för hur ni ska ta hand om den efter projektet. Det går också bra att bjuda på fika eller mat (men ni får inte ta betalt för det). Om det är tydligt att ni behöver köpa en extern tjänst, som till exempel en föreläsare eller en utbildare så kan det också ge rätt till stöd, men det behöver tydligt framgå varför den här kostnaden behövs.

If you are going to provide snacks, you should budget and report the snacks as a cost of a maximum of 67 SEK/person. When you report, you should also include a participant list for those who had snacks (in addition to the receipt). If you are going to provide food, you should budget and report the food as a unit cost of 112 SEK. When you report, you should also include a participant list for those who had food.

If you need to drive a car in the project, for example to purchase materials or pick up equipment, you can be reimbursed for bus tickets and similar or report the miles driven with your own car in a mileage log. Travel with your own car is budgeted and reported as a unit cost of 40 SEK/mile.

Kostnader som inte ger rätt till stöd är olika personalkostnader, till exempel lön och arvoden till er som genomför aktiviteten. Det här ska ni istället ta upp som ideell tid (det kan ni läsa mer om nedan).

Vi kan inte heller ge stöd till icke-förnybara energikällor, utrustning av inredningsart eller internfakturor, utan det behöver vara externa inköp enligt ovan.

If you are unsure, it is always better to ask us beforehand so we can advise you already in the application process.

Even though micro support is a smaller project with a simplified application process, you need to have a proper plan for the implementation of your project. A project involves planning and coordination. Any purchases should be made and any activities should be carried out. And when everything is completed, you should report back to us at the Leader office, then you should submit a final report where you tell us what you have done and also submit receipts and invoices for what you have paid, as well as proof of payment from the bank showing that the expenses have been paid by you. We are here to support you, but it is good to plan for it will take some time to carry out a project. Make sure to have a project group that is responsible for carrying out the project together so it will be enjoyable throughout the project.

Alla projekt inom Leader Spira Mare ska innehålla ideell tid och/eller ideella resurser. Det kan vara till exempel nedlagt ideell tid för att arbeta med projektet, lokaler ni får låna utan kostnad för projektet eller annat som inte bekostas av projektet. Vi har som mål att alla projekt ska innehålla 30 % ideell tid och/eller ideella resurser. Att projekten innehåller ideellt engagemang är en av anledningarna till att ni kan bli fullfinansierade i era projekt. Vi värderar eran tid istället för pengar.
