The association's nominating committee consists of representatives from the different sectors private, non-profit, and public and has broad networks in our area.

The nominating committee plays a central role in creating a well-functioning board where all three sectors should be represented. The nominating committee is tasked with nominating individuals to the board who are then elected at the association's annual meeting.

Based on the strategy and its direction, the nominating committee should seek individuals whose knowledge and experiences together form a board that is representative of the entire leader area and can effectively lead and implement the strategy. The nominating committee should also ensure that the members possess the personal qualities, including professionalism and personal integrity, required to fulfill the tasks.
