To carry out a microproject

Has your microproject been approved? Then it's time to get started!

START THE MICROPROJECT

From idea to reality!

When you have received notification from Leader Spira Mare that you can start, you can begin to carry out the microproject. Here you will find important information to consider during the implementation.

Use the correct logos

Show that the project has received Leader support

When you inform about the project, it should be clear that the project has received support from the EU and Leader Spira Mare. The EU logo and Leader Spira Mare's logo should be included in the information and communication materials that you produce about the project. This includes not only printed materials such as advertisements and information sheets but also on websites and social media platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.

We are happy to help spread information about your initiative in our channels. Please tag Leader Spira Mare when you share something about the project on social media, so that we can follow and highlight what you are doing.

Read through the decision and the agreement

Before you start, you should take part in:

  • The decision on support

  • The agreement you have signed with Leader Spira Mare

The decision and the agreement form the basis for the implementation. The project must be carried out according to the approved application, the decision, and the agreement.

Implement the project according to the application and decision

The project must be carried out according to the application you have submitted and which Leader Spira Mare has approved. This means that you should carry out the activities and purchases that have been granted.

If something needs to be changed during the project period, you should contact Leader Spira Mare and get the change approved before you implement it..

Pay the project's costs

All costs that you report in the project must be paid before the project period ends. The support is paid out afterwards when the project is completed and the final report has been approved.

There is an opportunity to apply for an advance. Contact Leader Spira Mare if you need an advance to be able to carry out the project.

Save all documentation

Save the documentation for the project's expenses and document the project continuously. This can include:

    • invoices and receipts
    • proof of payment
    • travel log or other travel documentation
    • participant lists for coffee breaks, lunch, or dinner
    • accounting of voluntary time
    • information and communication materials

Which documentation you need to submit is stated in Information and rules for your micro support.

Keep track of the project period

The project must be completed by the end date stated in the decision. All activities and purchases included in the project must be completed and the project's costs must be paid within the project period.

Is the project finished? Then it's time to report.

When the project is completed and all costs are paid, you should submit the final report along with the requested documentation.
