Preparedness
The micro support preparedness gives organizations the opportunity to carry out smaller initiatives that strengthen local preparedness.
The initiative must be implemented in rural areas within the Leader Spira Mares area and contribute to increased local preparedness.
What can we apply for?
You can apply for support for a smaller initiative that develops, strengthens, or equips local preparedness.
It can, for example, involve initiatives that:
- strengthen knowledge about local preparedness
- improve practical ability before and during crises
- create or strengthen collaboration around preparedness
- equip a local meeting place to be able to serve a function during a crisis
- strengthen civil society's engagement in local preparedness.
The initiative must be of public benefit and serve the rural community or the target group that the initiative is aimed at. They must not solely be for the organization's own activities or its own members.
If the project includes activities for participants, they must be free of charge. The project must not have any income.

When can we apply?
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis as long as there is money left to distribute.
Each organization can apply for the micro-support once.

When you have tested your idea and read the information, you contact Leader Spira Mare and briefly tell about your project idea. We will help you assess whether the idea fits within the support and answer questions before you apply.

Once you have been in contact with us, fill out the application and submit the requested documents.
