Idea support Live Eat Do

In order for hikers to gain greater access to services along the Solander Trail and more to dare to invest in their own ideas within the tourism industry, a support system is now being developed to offer accommodation, food, and activities related to the trail.

The interest has emerged from a previous project where many in the area expressed a desire to contribute but called for more knowledge, support, and structure to move forward. There is a clear need for services for the trail to become a stronger destination, both locally and internationally.

Through lectures, study visits, advice, and networks, the project will provide both inspiration and practical support to those who want to create new experiences. Specifically, strategies and plans will be developed to create products and services with local anchoring and a sustainable profile. When more people have the opportunity to stay, eat, and do along the trail, it strengthens both entrepreneurship and experience tourism in the area.
