Competence platform for civil society

The idea behind the project was to support entrepreneurial thinking and innovation by strengthening the local community's ability to seek funding to run projects to create long-term positive effects locally.

Through a wide range of activities such as study circles, digital meetings, and individual guidance, the work has focused on strengthening the participants' competencies. The project has trained project leaders from different parts of the Leader area with various backgrounds and ages, and through this, a network of project leaders has emerged.
