Power together Kalix – together for a sustainable future

In Kalix, there are many who work with sustainable development, but often separately. To take advantage of all efforts and create a clearer common direction, the project gathers actors from civil society, business, and the public sector in a unique collaboration.

Through dialogue meetings, networking, and annual environmental weeks, the project will develop and test a coordination model that makes it easier to work together. The model will strengthen both trust between actors and the efficiency of how resources are used. The project is run by ABF Norr and is based on ideas from Kalix municipality and local associations.

When the project concludes, a concrete model will be in place documented in a handbook and ready to be used by more, both in Kalix and as a role model in other municipalities.
