Norrbotten collaborates

Norrbotten is in a state of significant transformation. New establishments and migration place high demands on community development, services, and housing supply. To prepare local communities for the future, the project was carried out Norrbotten collaborates, a conference series in six locations within the Spira Mare area. Each occasion focused on a specific theme: local food production, commercial services, building and living, local development, and youth participation.

Through lectures and workshops, public, private, and non-profit actors gathered to discuss opportunities and challenges in the wake of the green transition. The final conference summarized insights and ideas that now form the basis for continued work.
