New Marahamn

To make Marahamn a place where more want to stop and stay, a comprehensive renovation of the area is planned. Instead of the harbor only being for boat owners, it will be developed into a vibrant meeting place for both residents and visitors.

A new service building with toilet, shower, and kitchen will be built together with a section for simpler sales. Around the area, parking spaces, a fishing pier, and market stalls will be added to provide space for local initiatives and small-scale trade. In addition, a volleyball court and more areas for community and activity will be established.

When everything is ready, Marahamn will become a nearby archipelago destination for more.
