Pålänge riding facility

To provide horse enthusiasts in and around Pålänge better conditions to train and practice riding and driving sports, a new riding facility was built on the village's old gravel area. The facility has received new footing, energy-efficient lighting, and a ramp so that people with disabilities can also participate.

The background was a great interest in horses in the village, but the lack of a safe and functional training place meant that many had to travel to other locations. The new riding arena is now used year-round by both villagers and visitors. It makes it possible to organize courses, try-out days, and other activities that broaden the offerings in the village and give more people the opportunity to participate.
