Youth Activator Network

By activating young people and young adults in local development work, the project aimed to contribute to more staying or returning to the countryside. Young people aged 13 to 24 participated in international exchanges, mentor training, workshops, and digital meetings where they developed ideas, learned about project work, and were inspired to engage themselves.

At the same time, mentors from the association sector received support on how they can harness young people's drives and ideas. The result was a concrete tool, Youth Activator Toolkit, with method cards and guidance to create real influence for young people in association activities.
