We want to give you the best possible conditions for your ideas to become projects, therefore we support and coach you at the leader office throughout the entire process, from idea to project to final report.

Always start by contacting the office to describe your idea.

When you are ready, you make an application in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's e-service. The leader office ensures that your application is complete.
The board then gets to review your application documents and assesses them based on given selection criteria before they make a decision on whether your project application should be approved, rejected, or referred back.
After the board meeting processes the leader office your application before they send it on to the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
The leader office sends your application to The Swedish Board of Agriculture which processes the application and makes the formal decision.
Finally, you receive a start notice from the Swedish Board of Agriculture and can begin the implementation of the project.

You will then continue to receive support from the leader office throughout the entire project period. We have follow-up meetings and support you when applying for payment.
